How much do your packages cost?

Can I pay for individual garments?
For customer convenience and ease of use, all Big Laundry services are package-based.

Moreover, unlike an ala-carte service with differing rates per clothing item, our prepaid packages are highly cost-effective. Do you offer pickup and delivery?
What if I am not home when you come for pickup or delivery?
That’s not a problem at all! You can easily provide your assigned Relationship Manager with the information required to pick up or drop off your garments somewhere accessible (in and around your address).
What is the turnaround time?
You can expect freshly cleaned and neatly packaged garments to be returned to you within 72 working hours from the time of pickup.
Can I get my clothes air-dried?
We’re happy to air-dry your clothes for you. However, please be aware that in such cases, there might be some delay in delivery..
What's the difference between dry cleaning and laundering?
The dry cleaning process uses special solvents and machines to complete the washing and drying in one cycle. The laundering process, on the other hand, uses water and a washing machine.
