Wash and Fold Laundry
“Wash and Fold” laundry is a laundry term that means we wash and we fold your laundry. This includes your everyday clothing, towels, sheets, and other items that you would run through a personal washer and dryer.
After your bag is picked up, our drivers bring it to our laundry facility, where it’s electronically scanned in to capture any preferences, cleaning notes, or other specifications.
Before washing, your we check your pockets and pre-treat stains. Then, your laundry is sorted – your whites are washed with your colors. Your laundry is washed on cold, dried on medium, and expertly folded.

Wash and Fold laundry is an art – not a science! We’re really good at folding laundry and we do our best to make unpacking easy for you.
All wash and fold laundry is returned crisply folded. Your beautifully folded laundry is secured in air-tight plastic bags to help maintain the integrity of the folding.
We do our best to keep your laundry organized by type and size – meaning your clothes aren’t mixed between your kid’s clothes and your socks are mixed with your towels.
Tip – If you are sending all of your family’s laundry in multiple laundry bags, try separating one bag for each family member to make putting your laundry away simple!

You can now separate your delicate and air-dry items into this new Delicates Bag. This Delicates Bag is a specialty laundry bag that you can stuff full of your delicate laundry.
The Delicates Bag is for your wash & fold garments that need gentle wash and low-temperature or air dry. For some people, it’s a few pairs of their favorite jeans. For others, it’s workout gear and leggings. However you decide to use this Delicates Bag, rest assured that the garments in this bag are getting specialized and separated treatment from the rest of your order.
